Terms governing orders, payments, shipping, returns, buybacks, and customer responsibilities for Luxeraa Bullionex.

Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You provide accurate information and use your own identity and payment methods.
- You comply with applicable Indian laws.
- Luxeraa Bullionex may request identity verification before processing an order or buyback transaction.

Product Information
- Bullion products are investment-grade precious metals.
- Product specifications, dimensions, packaging, mint marks, serial numbers, and designs may vary depending on mint production and availability.
- Website images are for reference only. Minor differences in packaging, capsules, assay cards, security features, or manufacturer presentation are not defects.

Video Product Confirmation
- Luxeraa Bullionex may offer a video call product demonstration so customers can inspect and verify product details before payment.
- By completing payment, you confirm satisfaction with the selected product and acknowledge that you had sufficient opportunity to review it.
- Not requesting a video demonstration is not grounds for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.

Order Acceptance
- Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance. Luxeraa Bullionex may refuse or cancel an order, request verification, restrict quantities, or suspend suspicious transactions.
- Orders become final only after payment verification and acceptance by Luxeraa Bullionex.

Payment Terms
- Full payment must be received before shipment.
- Prices are based on live bullion market rates and may change without notice.
- Pricing errors, technical issues, system malfunctions, or market disruptions may result in order review or cancellation.
- Luxeraa Bullionex may refuse transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, unauthorized payment activity, or regulatory violations.

Shipping Policy
- Products are shipped using secure and insured delivery services and remain Luxeraa Bullionex’s responsibility until delivery is completed by the designated courier partner.
- Customers must inspect the package immediately upon delivery. Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect products must meet the mandatory unboxing requirements.

Tamper-Evident Security Packaging
- Preserve the original packaging, assay cards, certificates, security seals, product capsules, and invoice.
- For security and easier future buyback processing, avoid removing products from their original tamper-evident packaging.
- Products submitted without original packaging may require additional testing, deductions, delayed verification, or may be rejected.

Mandatory Unboxing Requirement
- Claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged products, or tampered parcels, must be supported by an uninterrupted video recording.
- The video must begin before opening the courier package, clearly show the shipping label and all package seals, show the complete opening process, and remain continuous and unedited.
- Luxeraa Bullionex may reject claims supported by edited, incomplete, recreated, or manipulated recordings.

No Return Policy
- All sales are final due to the nature of precious metals, market volatility, and fraud risks.
- Returns are not accepted after successful order confirmation and shipment.
- No refund is issued for change of mind, market price fluctuations, changes in customer preference, or product selection errors made by the customer.

No Exchange Policy
- Luxeraa Bullionex does not offer product exchanges.
- Requests to replace, upgrade, downgrade, or change products after purchase must use the Buyback Program. Any subsequent exchange request is treated as a separate buyback followed by a new purchase.

Buyback Policy
- Luxeraa Bullionex may offer buyback services for eligible gold and silver bullion products.
- Buyback is not guaranteed and is subject to verification, approval, market conditions, and compliance requirements. A request does not guarantee acceptance.

Website Buyback Estimates
- The website buyback calculator provides an indicative estimated market value only. It is not a guaranteed offer or final quotation and is subject to physical inspection and verification.
- Final valuation is determined only after receipt and verification of the product.

Buyback Request Process
- 1. Customer submits a buyback request. 2. Luxeraa Bullionex provides an estimated valuation. 3. Customer dispatches the product within 48 hours of receiving the quotation.
- 4. The product is received and inspected. 5. Verification is completed. 6. Final quotation is communicated by email and telephone.
- 7. Customer accepts the final quotation. 8. Payment is processed.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & KYC
- For high-value transactions, Luxeraa Bullionex may require KYC verification to meet legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, and internal compliance requirements.
- For purchases exceeding ₹2,00,000 (Rupees Two Lakh), or another threshold prescribed by law, customers may be asked for PAN, Aadhaar or government photo ID, address proof, bank account details, proof of source of funds, a recent photograph, or other compliance documents.
- Orders above ₹2,00,000 may be held until KYC is completed. Transactions may be refused, suspended, cancelled, or delayed if documents are missing, verification cannot be completed, information is inconsistent, or compliance concerns arise.
- KYC information may be collected, verified, stored, and processed for compliance, audit, fraud prevention, AML, taxation, legal, and regulatory purposes. Failure to complete KYC may result in cancellation and refund of eligible payments under applicable laws and payment procedures.

Fraud Prevention
- Luxeraa Bullionex maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud. Counterfeit products, fake packaging, product substitution, fabricated or false claims, false delivery claims, edited videos, misrepresentation, chargeback abuse, identity fraud, payment fraud, and ownership disputes may result in transaction rejection, account suspension, legal proceedings, and reporting to authorities.

Right to Reject
- Luxeraa Bullionex may reject any order, buyback request, payment, shipment, or customer account if authenticity or ownership cannot be verified, compliance concerns exist, fraud indicators are detected, or legal concerns arise.

Recorded Communications
- Customers consent to recording of telephone conversations, video calls, product inspections, verification procedures, and packaging procedures.
- Recordings may be used for quality assurance, dispute resolution, compliance, security, fraud prevention, and legal proceedings.

Limitation of Liability
- Luxeraa Bullionex is not liable for market losses, bullion price fluctuations, courier or banking delays, force majeure events, third-party service failures, or customer negligence.
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction.

Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes are subject exclusively to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

Acceptance of Terms
- By purchasing, selling, shipping products to Luxeraa Bullionex, using our website, requesting a quotation or buyback, or engaging with our services, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
Bullion rates move continuously. Verification, cancellation, valuation, refund, and buyback outcomes remain subject to market-linked pricing and Luxeraa Bullionex policy.
