Payments

We accept approved payment methods displayed on our platform.
Payments must be made using legally authorized payment methods.

Order Cancellation

Due to live bullion pricing, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully confirmed.
Orders may be cancelled by Luxeraa Bullionex in case of payment failure, pricing error, compliance concerns, suspicious activity, or inventory unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

Luxeraa Bullionex shall not be liable for live market price fluctuations, delivery delays beyond reasonable control, customs delays, third-party logistics disruptions, technical platform interruptions, or unauthorized account usage caused by customer negligence.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase value.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
