General Policy

  • Gold and silver bullion products are linked to live market prices and are highly sensitive to price fluctuations.
  • All sales are considered final once payment is successfully confirmed.
  • Refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or buyback requests are subject strictly to this policy.
  • Luxeraa Bullionex reserves the right to verify authenticity, purity, and product condition before processing any refund or buyback.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only in limited situations and must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Damaged shipment received.
  • Delivery failure caused by Luxeraa Bullionex.
  • Product authenticity dispute subject to verification.
  • Approved buyback transactions.

Tamper-Proof Packaging Policy

  • Customers must keep original packaging intact.
  • Protective seals must not be removed.
  • Packaging must not be altered or damaged.
  • Certification materials must remain intact.
  • If packaging remains unopened, refund or buyback verification may qualify for smoother processing.

Opened / Tampered Product Policy

  • If product packaging is opened, damaged, altered, or tampered with, Luxeraa Bullionex reserves the right to conduct detailed checks.
  • Purity testing, authentication verification, physical inspection, and assay or refining verification may be conducted where required.
  • Verification costs, testing charges, handling/refining deductions, and market rate fluctuations may apply.
  • The final refund or buyback amount will be determined after verification.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds or buyback settlements will be processed within 3-4 working days after final verification and rate confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited only to the customer's registered bank account or verified payment source where applicable.
  • Cash refunds are not permitted unless legally required.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund or buyback may be denied if product tampering is detected, fake claims are made, proof of purchase is unavailable, delivery issues are reported late, customer-caused damage exists, packaging is intentionally altered, or unauthorized testing is performed without approval.

Bullion rates move continuously. Verification, cancellation, valuation, refund, and buyback outcomes remain subject to market-linked pricing and Luxeraa Bullionex policy.
